and may you have many more. He turns 80 today and is such a amazing person. He's a wonderful father and has been there for us every step of the way with our hearing loss. We are so blessed to have him after being cancer free for 17 years now plus he received a new calf (angus) aorta heart valve on Memorial Day weekend earlier this year. He's such a strong and amazing man by eating hays and alfalfa. Ha ha!
He and Mom got up early this morning and walked 8 miles. They have walked 4-5 miles each morning for 55 years. What a healthy couple they are.
This evening we went to Texas Roadhouse as it was his resturant of choice. We usually have dinner at home but he wanted to eat out for a change. Afterwards, we went to my house for German Chocolate cake and gifts. He always looks forward for his favorite cake. He said that I make the best cake ever, he admits that I make it even better than his own Mom. 
We love you Dad and look for many more years to be with you.

Are you kidding me? Pop Bottles is 80? No way!!! Looks and acts like a 60 yr old! Please accept my belated congratulations on achieving such a milestone! What a blessed and fulfilling life you have led thus far for all to emulate.
