Deaf Woman Being Denied...

Karen is Deaf and she was denied at Steak-n-Shake drive-in in Chicagoland just recently. It would be very interesting to see the outcome of all this story. Our hearts goes out to Karen. We were amazed to hear her very well and we were disappointed that it was not closed captioned.

Note: Our parents have known the Anchorman and his family for many years and we have met them--it was good to see his face again.

The other night we were going through the drive-in at Starbuck's and we were able to hear every single words of the woman's voice. Keep in mind, we may not always hear every single words being said but we may to have to ask them to repeat. We usually tell them exact what we wanted and proceed up to the window and verify they got what we wanted.
